I require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Please do so to avoid a cancellation fee, which will be charged to the card on file required to book your appointment. No shows and appointments cancelled 24 hours or less will be charged 50% of the service as I will not be able to fill your original time slot. Late policy - To be considerate to me and my other clients, please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be marked as a no show and you will be charged for 50% of the service. Fill policy - For fills, you must arrive with at least 40% of your extensions on, otherwise your appointment will be considered a full set. Please come with clean lashes - Mascara on extensions is a removal and full set (If time allows). You won’t need mascara with your extensions! No refunds! Please no additional guests unless they are getting a service. Unfortunately, I do not have additional seating inside of the studio. I accept cash and card payments!
